We are pleased to announce the addition of our new Canberra office. This new location is the natural progression for a firm that already has over 50 staff across offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The addition of our Canberra office and of Dave to our senior management team will enhance our ability to service our national clients whilst maintaining our ethos of a strong local focus on project delivery and customer satisfaction.
David has managed the building certification process on many of Canberra and Sydney’s landmark buildings over the past decade. David is now well placed to apply his dynamic, pro-active approach to building certifi cation, and to best assist clients in navigating their way through the approval process to achieve positive project outcomes. David's services include:
- Issuing of Building Approvals and Construction Certificates in both ACT and NSW
- Issuing of occupation certificates
- Acting as principal certifying authority
- Audits of buildings against current code requirements
- Fire upgrading strategies for existing buildings
- Dealing with Council and Fire Brigade fire orders including negotiation
- Project management of rectification works
